He pointed out that the Japanese digital signage market is experiencing slow but steady growth, with media formats varying across countries. Japanese terrestrial free-to-air broadcasting has long dominated the mainstream, but its influence has gradually weakened in recent years. Meanwhile, the online advertising market has been growing steadily, and there is a trend of terrestrial wave advertising shifting to digital signage. He emphasized that the core value of digital signage lies in its reach through "serendipitous encounters", which can help consumers discover new things. This is crucial for new product marketing, and terrestrial wave TV and digital signage advertising have a high affinity. Regarding Chinese enterprises entering the Japanese market, he highlighted three major considerations: firstly, resolution requirements vary depending on the application scenario. Most scenarios do not require high resolution, and only close viewing or ultra-large wall displays require special adaptation; secondly, prices need to be controlled within a reasonable range, with cost-effectiveness being key; thirdly, the most crucial aspect is to ensure the continuity and consistency of services, including sufficient inventory, fault maintenance, and alternative product supply. The Japanese market has extremely high requirements for the stability of equipment for long-term use (3-7 years depreciation cycle). Enterprises need to clarify their long-term responsibilities and ensure that they can still provide the same model or compatible replacement products many years later.
Admira Digital Networks CEO Carlos Silva Santin focused on the European market, analyzing its uniqueness and development trends under the title "The 'Green Recovery' and 'Intelligent Evolution' of the European Commercial Display Market". He pointed out that Europe is composed of 27 countries, with over 20 languages and different market regulations, making sales challenging. Enterprises need to strictly adhere to three major red lines: sustainability, security, and privacy protection. Among them, sustainability has shifted from being a political issue to a core business matter, with smart hardware and green technology becoming inevitable directions. In terms of security, the risk of system hacking cannot be ignored, with Madrid's large screens facing multiple attack attempts every year. Privacy protection is strictly constrained by GDPR, limiting the application of technologies such as facial recognition. Against this backdrop, the two major growth opportunities in the European commercial display market are IoT integration and AI application. He emphasized that the core of the European market is "experience rather than hardware", and enterprises need to shift from "software as a service" to "experience as a service", integrating software and hardware to create an unforgettable user experience.

In the exploration of cutting-edge technologies, Liao Qizhang, Chairman of Hongcai Optoelectronics, elaborated on the disruptive value of cholesterol liquid crystal display technology. This technology boasts advantages such as bistability, low power consumption, wide temperature adaptability, and visibility in sunlight. It can achieve true full-color display, has a long lifespan, and offers excellent eye protection. It holds great potential for applications in smart retail, outdoor commercial displays, medical education, and other scenarios. He introduced that cholesterol liquid crystal displays can be charged using ambient light. Relying on the domestic 70% LCD production capacity and mature photovoltaic industry, they can be rapidly promoted without requiring additional large-scale investment, offering significant cost advantages. The price of a one-inch product can be as low as one dollar. Currently, this technology has been implemented in multiple scenarios. Furthermore, this technology can also be combined with Mini LED to achieve reflective display during the day and switch to transparent mode for animation playback at night, balancing energy conservation and dynamic display needs.

Li Yuchen, Vice President of Zhouming Group, vividly shared "Looking at the Future Development of Smart Display Scenarios from the Perspective of the National Games" by delving into the context of large-scale events such as the National Games. He pointed out that the core demand of sports venues is to enhance the viewing experience and sense of participation. Traditional venues suffer from issues such as "large differences in viewing positions and uneven experiences," which can be effectively addressed through the integration of LED display and intelligent lighting technology. As a member of the national team, Zhouming has provided an integrated solution for sound, light, and electricity for events like the National Games, integrating LED displays, intelligent lighting, audio, smoke, and other devices onto a unified platform to achieve precise control and scenario-based presentation, creating an immersive viewing environment. He explained that Zhouming's sports lighting not only "illuminates the venues" but also optimizes technology to avoid glare, ensuring athletes' competitive state and audience viewing experience; at the same time, through the coordination of digital space rehearsals and on-site execution, it can quickly adapt to different scenario needs such as opening and closing ceremonies.

Xie Zhijun, CEO of Grayscale Technology, focused on the evolution of commercial display motherboards and information dissemination systems, proposing to break the industry's "involution" through paths such as localization substitution, end-side AI empowerment, and content secondary creation. He pointed out that the core of current industry involution lies in fierce competition in the existing market. The key to breaking the deadlock is to tap into incremental demand and promote the transformation of commercial displays from "one-way information dissemination" to "interaction, perception, and digitization". At the hardware level, Grayscale Technology utilizes "strong computing power + localization" as a dual-wheel drive to achieve the implementation of end-side AI. At the software level, Grayscale Technology has launched a new SaaS information dissemination platform, integrating a vast array of industry templates and AI content secondary creation tools. Users can quickly generate personalized materials without requiring professional skills, and the platform supports functions such as landscape and portrait screen adaptation, resolution upgrade, and digital human broadcasting. The platform also achieves unified management of LCD and LED screens, with capabilities such as intelligent scheduling, device operation and maintenance, and data insight. It can be integrated with external platforms such as Meituan's cash register system and WeChat Work to build an integrated business collaboration platform.

Bu Maomin, General Manager of the Meixiwei Region, presented the innovative achievements of the LED holographic invisible screen. This product combines 55%-75% high transparency and high-definition picture quality. Its core advantage lies in the dual characteristics of "transparent invisibility + high-definition display". The P3.9 model appears almost transparent when viewed from 3 meters away, while the P2.5 model has a transparency rate of 75%, making it a viable alternative to OLED and projection to solve issues such as seam splicing and light dependence. It also features naked-eye 3D perception, thinness, flexible customization, and multiple disassembly and assembly options. It has been sold to over 80 countries, with more than 10,000 implementations, a cumulative shipment area of 40,000 square meters, and sales of 500 million yuan. Its application scenarios cover six major areas: retail stores, commercial complexes, glass curtain walls, digital exhibition halls, exhibitions, and stage choreography. 90% of overseas orders come from street-side shops, while domestic orders are mainly from government and listed enterprise exhibition halls.

At the end of the speech session, Tang Linbo, Deputy Secretary of the Shunqing District Committee and District Mayor of Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, presented an investment promotion for the new display industrial park.
